ACCESSIBILITY
Accessibility Statement
Learn about The Stock Pallet Homestead’s commitment to providing an accessible and user-friendly website experience for all visitors.
Effective Date: August 19, 2026
The Stock Pallet Homestead is committed to providing a website that is accessible and usable for as many people as possible, including individuals with disabilities.
We are continually working to improve the accessibility and usability of this website and to provide an online experience that allows visitors to learn about our homestead, view available products, place online orders, review market information, and contact us.
Our Commitment
The Stock Pallet Homestead strives to make this website easy to navigate, understand, and use across a variety of devices and assistive technologies.
Our accessibility efforts may include:
- Using clear and readable text
- Maintaining sufficient color contrast
- Providing descriptive headings and logical page structure
- Adding alternative text to meaningful images
- Using descriptive links and buttons
- Supporting keyboard navigation where possible
- Designing forms with clear labels and instructions
- Using responsive layouts that work across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices
- Avoiding unnecessary visual or interactive barriers
Accessibility Standards
We aim to follow generally recognized accessibility practices and guidelines, including relevant recommendations from the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG).
Because websites, browsers, assistive technologies, plugins, and third-party services continue to change, accessibility is an ongoing process rather than a one-time project.
We will continue reviewing and improving the website as appropriate.
Online Forms and Ordering
This website may include contact forms, preorder forms, payment fields, and other interactive features.
We work to make these features understandable and usable by providing:
- Clearly labeled fields
- Required-field indicators
- Instructions where additional explanation is needed
- Logical field order
- Readable confirmation and error messages
- Accessible button labels
Some form, payment, or checkout functionality may be provided by third-party services. Accessibility of those features may depend in part on the accessibility practices of the applicable third-party provider.
Images and Visual Content
We aim to provide alternative text for meaningful images when appropriate so that visitors using screen readers can better understand important visual content.
Decorative images may not include descriptive alternative text when they do not provide meaningful information.
We strive to make important website features accessible without requiring a mouse.
Visitors using a keyboard should generally be able to navigate links, buttons, forms, menus, and other interactive elements using standard keyboard controls.
Text Size and Browser Controls
Visitors may be able to improve readability by using built-in browser or device features to:
- Increase text size
- Zoom the page
- Adjust display contrast
- Use screen-reading software
- Enable other accessibility settings
The website is designed to respond to different screen sizes and common browser zoom settings.
Third-Party Content and Services
This website may use or link to third-party services, including:
- WPForms
- Payment processors
- Website hosting providers
- Embedded content or external websites
- Other services used to support website functionality
Although we aim to work with reputable services, The Stock Pallet Homestead does not control the accessibility of third-party websites, platforms, or applications.
If you encounter an accessibility issue involving a third-party feature used on this website, we encourage you to contact us so we can help identify an alternative when reasonably possible.
Ongoing Improvements
Accessibility is an ongoing effort.
As website content, products, forms, services, and technology change, we may update the website to improve usability and address accessibility concerns.
We welcome feedback that can help us provide a better experience for all visitors.
